Day 69: Whose Tune Have You Been Dancing To?

Matt. 13:28 (KJV) He said unto them, An enemy hath done this…

How could friends, once very closely knitted suddenly turn into bitter enemies? How do relationships suddenly go sour?

Negligence, familiarity, carelessness, meanness on a party’s part, you may rightly conclude, but I’d like for us to start from the roots because the spiritual controls the physical.

The devil never pays courtesy calls. He creeps in to kill, steal and destroy.

The Lord Jesus once told a parable about a man who sowed good seeds in his field. Then He went on to say that when men slept, the enemy also crept in to sow tares. Alas!

The devil never pays courtesy calls. He creeps in to kill, steal and destroy.

Jesus, however comes to give only quality life to every dead thing. And that He does in abundance.

Are you in a troubled relationship today? You’ve probably given the devil room and danced to his tune long enough.

However, you’ve got to be careful what you do from today cause the devil means no good- he doesn’t come in vain.

Why not turn it over to the Lord Jesus afresh and choose to please only Him in your thoughts and actions towards the person you are at war with from today?

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, I have yielded to the enemy too much in my relationships. Enough Lord! Please heal my hurting relationship and help me to respond to every circumstance as You would, and according to Your commands from today. Amen.
