Day 31: Open Your Mouth Wide: Bless Yourself A Little

From researchmeth.wikispace

Ps.81:10 (KJV) I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

Today’s message is for someone out there who thinks he is in bondage…
Someone who wishes and even makes an effort to advance and make progress in life, but feels an invisible force resisting him… Someone who is definitely saved but does not feel free…
Someone who thinks he knows the truth, but is still awaiting the day of His deliverance.

Darkness can never overcome light! Likewise, no curse or any other force of hell set to hinder us can stand against the power of the word of God.

If you’re there today, it’s time to break yourself loose by taking the word of God off the pages of the Bible and setting the power of God in motion!

Today, let’s talk about putting the word on your lips and declaring it boldly over your life and situation. You may also call it declaring God’s blessings on yourself!

More often than not, people talk about the power of a curse and neglect the potency of a blessing- especially blessings out of God’s own mouth!

In the beginning was the Word…and the Word was God. Jh.1.1 (KJV)

The word of God is God. Anytime we speak the word of God over a situation, we actually release God in all His fullness and His power goes into operation!

Take the rod of Moses as an analogy. When he held on to the rod, it remained a rod in his hands. When he dropped it however, the power of God went into operation and it became a serpent! It became a weapon of defence and victory!

And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent;…And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he ………caught it, and it became a rod in his hand: Exo.4:2-4

Darkness can never overcome light. Likewise, no curse or any other force of hell set to hinder us can stand against the power of the word of God.

From today, make it a habit to declare His word, His blessings upon your life, your family, your business, your career, your home and marriage, your situations every single day!

And just in case you don’t know how, the scripture below is a good place to start. Just insert your name as necessary and declare His blessings on your life!

See, my smell is as the smell of a field which the Lord hath blessed: Therefore God give me of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:
Let people serve me, and nations bow down to me:…cursed be every one that curseth me and blessed be he that blesseth me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
